5 Deliciously Different Drink Ideas for Christmas

We all have our go-to tipples, but do you ever think, “I really want to try something different tonight!” ? If so, you’re not alone because this year we’ve been craving NEW recipes.

If you’re looking for something to make your friends and family say “Pour me ANOTHER one”, we recommend you try mixing up one of the cocktail recipes below.

Beware, these are deliciously and highly more-ish! (as much as we love our cocktails, please drink responsibly this Christmas!) 

 

Espress-Snow Martini 
Creamy & decadent - perfect for cold winter nights

Ingredients: 

  • 60 ml white chocolate liqueur
  • 30 ml vodka plain, whipped cream, or vanilla
  • 30 ml espresso or strongly brewed coffee (chilled)
  • Ice

Method:

  • Chill martini glass for 10 minutes. 
  • Add 4 ice cubes, white chocolate liqueur, vodka, and espresso to a cocktail shaker, shake until combined and chilled, then strain into chilled glass.
  • Garnish with white chocolate shavings or desiccated coconut and enjoy

 

Pomegranate Mojito
Pomegranate adds a seasonal twist to this cuban classic 

Ingredients:

  • Mint leaves
  • Lime juice & Lime wedges
  • Simple syrup
  • Pomegranate juice & pomegranate seeds
  • White rum
  • Crushed ice
  • Soda Water

Method: 

  • Add mint leaves, lime juice, simple syrup, and lime wedges to a highball cocktail glass and muddle (crush)
  • Add pomegranate juice, ice, rum, & stir before topping off with soda water
  • Garnish with a mint sprig, lime wedges and pomegranate seeds

 


Terry’s Chocolate Bombe 
Terry's white chocolate orange, but make it alcoholic

Ingredients:

  • 25ml White Chocolate Liqueur 
  • 25ml Cointreau
  • 25ml Baileys Irish Cream 
  • 25ml Double Cream 
  • Ice

 Method: 

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake until frothy 
  • Strain into a martini glass 
  • Garnish with a slice of Terry's White Chocolate Orange 

 


North Star Martini 
A festive twist on the classic pornstar martini

  • Pineapple Slice 
  • 50ml Vanilla Vodka 
  • 25ml Passionfruit Purée
  • 15ml Cinnamon Syrup
  • 5ml Lemon Juice 
  • 4 Ice cubes

Method: 

  • Muddle (Crush) 1 slice of pineapple into a cocktail shaker 
  • Add vanilla vodka, passionfruit purée, cinnamon syrup, lemon juice, ice cubes and shake well 
  • Double strain and serve with a shot glass of ice cold champagne
