We are looking for an experienced Content Creator to join our team. This multifaceted role is tasked with advancing marketing goals, creating brand awareness and engaging our audience. Working closely with our marketing and creative teams you will take full ownership of writing copy, creating digital assets and delivering a stand out flow of social content, whilst staying ahead of the latest social media functionalities and trends. Passion, energy and a positive, can-do attitude are a must for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on creating and editing digital content including videos, photographs, interviews, GIFs, infographics and podcasts for all digital channels

• Daily management of copy and assets across our e-commerce site, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter

• Communicate our brand and connect with our audience through live videos, Q&As, podcasts and interviews

• Support Chief Marketing Officer in connecting with and managing third party stakeholders including press, collaborators and influencers

• Produce social media plans that bring our marketing strategy and company messaging to life in forward thinking and engaging ways

• Turn “copy briefs” into engaging SEO articles that will feed into the overall marketing strategy

• Stay ahead of digital trends and analyse social performance to inform future activity

• Manage social media interactive functions (DM’s, Stories, Polls etc) and guide customers towards our customer service team or take ownership where the opportunity arises

• Develop, coordinate and manage any social media competitions or giveaways across social platforms

• Any other reasonable activities that help support the wider marketing and creative functions of the business
